Santa’s Magic Mail features a beautifully designed letter template and a pre-addressed, stamped envelope to the North Pole which is mailed to you once your order is placed. Enhance the experience with optional add-ons available for an additional fee, including personalized response letters from Santa, a mini elf doll, a Nice List certificate, Santa’s magic dust, and quarterly check-ins from Santa, complete with a birthday surprise. Additional items can be added to your cart before checkout and will be mailed separately in time for Christmas. 

 When you select the personalized response option, please provide your child's name and any specific gifts they will receive on Christmas that you’d like Santa to mention. Santa will craft a heartfelt, personalized letter directly to your child, making the experience truly magical. Kindly ensure these details are added at checkout. 

 Your child will write their letter on the provided template and place it in the pre-addressed and stamped envelope addressed to the North Pole. Once mailed, it is sent to Santa's special helper—our company. Our dedicated team of "elves" will ensure the letter reaches Santa and if selected, a magical, personalized response is crafted and sent back to your child. 

 Yes, you can include multiple children in one order by specifying their names and any additional information in brackets. For example: {name, gift (if personalized response is selected), birthday (if quarterly check-in is selected)}. For instance: {Joe, bicycle, March 6} {Kristy, dollhouse, August 10}. Each child will receive their own personalized response from Santa. 

 If your child inquires about the return address, you can explain that Santa employs secret helpers to ensure every letter reaches him promptly, especially when the North Pole gets very busy. Additionally, there is a special note on the envelope to reinforce this explanation. 

 The quarterly check-ins are seasonal letters from Santa, sent throughout the year to keep the magic alive. These include special messages during winter, spring, summer, and fall, and a special birthday surprise.

Yes, please place your orders by December 1st to ensure delivery by Christmas.  To ensure timely delivery of Santa's response by Christmas, please mail the letter template and pre-addressed envelope by December 15th. This allows sufficient time for Santa to send a personalized response to your child.
